Is it bad that I wish I had my children's father to talk to? Is it bad that I can instant forgive him and still want to work things out? I love him and want my family back. I want to talk to him everyday but I know that is now all over because we both changed and unfortunately we didn't change together and in the same direction. I just want my bestfriend back too.
Opinions! I’m pregnant with my ex boyfriends third child it is our second together. Our daughter is 3, we split up a week before I found out I was pregnant. He doesn’t want to fix things. And I’ve been trying to sorta ask him to come home but found out some news that completely broke my heart. I sorta started to talk to someone that doesn’t live in my state but works around my area sometimes.. we spent some time together while he was here and he will be back in 3 weeks.. am I doing something wrong I feel weird I’m pregnant...

@itsamemario, you deleted your post before I could hit send but this is my comment: I don’t know if this answers your question but this is my answer. My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk outside without this information. Children of color are being targeted and killed too. It’s not just adults. I let my son know we treat everyone equally and with respect. I let him know that we love everyone for their differences. In every aspect. Color, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual preference we love everyone.

I totally understand. I feel like an ass cause I constantly forgive my hubby ! He treated me like shit during the end of my pregnancy but baby is here n all of a sudden he wants to be a big happy family

I feel you. I don't know what happened. But the more you forgive him, the more it's gonna keep happening. He has to make the same amount of effort you are, and you have to notice it. It does get better though, just keep your head up.

I left when I couldn't take anymore. He doesn't know I forgive him because we haven't talked in a week and more than likely won't talk at all anymore. He says he's only going to communicate about the children but it's a week later and hasn't tried to call to talk to his son. @mommy2be2aprincess

Been there girl... was there. Decided I absolutely could not go back. I struggle with the same hurt of not having someone to go through this with. But sometimes we allow ourselves to get in situations that were never for us. I've painfully after two children with this person, learned that not only am I stopping my growth by going where I've already been removed from, but I am also blocking his. I'm not saying your situation is the same or that I don't struggle too, but girl what I am saying is as a momma, can you see your sons being him one day and their wives being you? You all are their examples. If you being together through the process does not inhabit growth, then you are bringing them into your toxic situation. Don't allow your situation to scare you from your future. God still has a plan for your life. Focus on you and allow the changes to come to you. That way you don't find yourself chasing what is already yours❤ Keeping you in prayer☺
