SORRY IN ADVANCE FOR THE STORY!It's been crazy this past week, Monday night had really bad tightening and cramps for about 5 hours which eventually went away then the next day I had bloody mucus when I wiped or as many say, a bloody show! (sorry for tmi) Cramping and tightening here and there for the next couple of days then Thursday I had my ultrasound to see how bubs growing. They noticed I didn't have much amniotic fluid so they sent me up to the birthing suite where they monitored Bub and checked to see if my waters had broken which they hadn't... An hour and a half later they let me out and had me book an ultrasound for next Wednesday to monitor the amniotic fluid levels because they didn't understand why they were so low. That night I had bad cramping and tightening again for a couple of hours but just tried to sleep it off. Then this morning my mucus plug has made a show.. 37+2 Safe to say this baby's getting ready but I couldn't be more excited that she could come at any point now, just hope everything works out.

My fluid was low with my last bub. They said it had something to do with her size? They too sent me to see if my waters had broken but like u they hadn't. I ended up getting induced 2 weeks early as they were concerned about the lack of fluid she had in there. It sounds like ur bub is VERY ready to make an appearance 😊 good luck hunni! Xx

Yeah exactly. That's good then jt sounds like they haven't. She started to also get green discharge after day 2 and midwife also told her that was normal! The poor baby has been swimming in its poo for days :( very sad. When my waters broke it was quite a bit of water and the fluid kept coming. I've heard that some people don't have as much fluid so it will be fine In your case! All the best! Those cramps are definitely the start of it

I've only had mucus come out nothing fluid like but When they were monitoring Bub on Thursday they checked to see if my waters had broken and they said they hadn't that's why they were unsure about why the amniotic fluid was low.. Theyll check on Wednesday if the fluids are stable or if they've gone down more then determine what to do from there... Hopefully it's nothing to worry about but I have a friend that was in the same boat and her baby ended up in nicu for a couple of weeks.. Couldn't imagine how horrible that would be though

That's great! Baby is definitely on its way! Are you sure that your waters haven't broken? I just had a friend who had her waters broken and the midwife insisted they hadn't when in fact they had... A few days later baby wasn't doing well. Just want you to be double sure to save any problems, don't want to scare you. She was certain her waters had broken as well and also when mine broke I knew about it. Luckily her boy is doing okay but man she had a traumatic experience from it

Woke Up This morning cramping got Up And Felt Water Come Out And Wet my panties (First Pic), Went Pee Wiped And Had Bloody Mucus (sec. UPDATE: IN L&D My water broke this morning. Huge gushes, trickling down my leg, soaked underwear. So we went in. They just tested me for amniotic fluid, and she said it came back negative. Like wtf??! I've never had a baby before but I know for sure...that was my water breaking. NEVER has this happened during this pregnancy. So I'm just sitting here being monitored. For a few more hours at least. Then she's gonna retest me. Ugh.
