Happened to me last week the exact same thing! Tested negative they said they cant confirm or deny smh

With my 3rd baby my water broke and I had no signs of contractions for almost 9 hours. Then they came full force, it was so different then my first two labors which my water broke during active labor. So if it was your water I would be ready for a baby soon :)

Ah! So confusing. I am so not a doctor, but I would think they'd do an ultrasound and check to see if you have fluid and measure it. My doctor checks the fluid every visit ? Best of luck!!!!

She told me sometimes amniotic fluid doesn't show up right away, which is why she wants to retest me. I'm not sure what other test they'd do.

My baby actually flipped head down at my 38 week appt. She's still head down. I was supposed to have an ultrasound this coming Wednesday to see if she stayed down, and if so, he wanted to induce me.

My contractions never started after my water broke, they hooked me up to pitocin for my first. But aren't you scheduled for a cesarean due to breech babe? Good luck mama!

Sounds like that test isn't always accurate. Isn't there a way to examine you to see if it's broken yet?

No contractions yet. But I've read sometimes it'll take 12-24 hours after water breaks, to have contractions (if you aren't already having them.)
