Few questions! :
-How long do I pump after each feeding too increase my supply??
-how do I pump if my nipples hurt so bad??
- what's the best electric pump? & is it better than manual?
- how do you know if your supply is increasing if I can't get a lot out pumping?
-how do you know if your supply is good enough?
-do you keep pumping even if nothing is coming out??
PLEASE ANSWER. I'm seriously feeling like a failure...

I finished feeding her. I started pumping, and a little came out :/ after that I stopped, my breast hurt so bad
