Any Mommy's that are just doing breastfeeding, has ur nipples get sore and what u do to help them??? Like put on them or anything cause both of my nipples are really sore😢🙁

Sounds like about a month or so ya an do you pump too? Cuz you could pump some an have him drink your milk from a bottle so that might help relieve some stress from your nipples an also someone else can also then feed the baby to help out too
it driesthem out more so they crack worse. mine wound up bleeding because they got so dry

Ok well you kinda just started then ya there prob gunna be wore for awhile an mine still get that way an were at 7 months of bf it gets better think your body is still just going through alot of changes after giving birth an getting back to normal an all the hormones @aliciafuentes045

when I breast fed my daughter the Melina nipple cream worked wonders with me as well as hot showers
They have nipple cream , hot baths /showers you can put heat conpress on then or a cool one
