@ashley145, lol I'm trying to stay pregnant for at least 10 more weeks but @momwife1316 is totally right about seman and how I got like I am I was doing to much walking we have stairs at my apartment so up and down stairs with a toddler , all the bending squatting I was doing with my daughter and especially doing those activities after sex really wasn't a good idea for me because they sure did start something up plus my cervix is a little short lol

sex will help. lol

it works for some and doesn't for others. everyone is different. seman thins out the cervix so if you can have sex and let him finish inside of you. evening primrose is an oil or capsule that has the same major ingredient as seman does. you can take them orally or insert vaginally. @ashley145

my Dr told me I might not thin out more until I'm in active labor. bc I've been 50 percent for 2 weeks. and I have dilated about a cm a week. I've lost a lot of my mucus plug though from what I have seen using the restroom. try taking evening primose oil. its supposed to help your cervix and make labor easier ! I've been taking it for about a week now

in order to dilate your cervix needs to thin out more. Thinning is important. im 4cm & 70% thinned.. feel like im stuck. lol
