contractions are 3 to 5 mins apart, lasting 20 to 40 seconds. an 8 on the pain scale. they just sent me home at 9 cause I was only having mild contractions at 1cm. should I call to go back in? I can't breathe when the contractions hit and I can't sleep at all with them coming as frequently as they are.
