Honestly I hate when people say I'm to young to have a baby. I'm 18 yes I know. People act like I don't know how old I am. But here me out, most 18 year olds don't have a life planned out already. Most wanna party and get drunk and high all the time(I have of course everyone does, trust me but it changed). What 18 year old has a VERY nice car, a house with her husband, a job paying $13.50 an hour plus what her man makes, graduating & going to college in the fall to be a nurse in the NICU. I have my life together & before anyone can tel me I'm to young, maybe they should look at me and realize what I have accomplished. I try so hard in school and I bought my car myself (well my husband helped me a little ) but I've been saving for almost 3 years for a really nice flashy car and I did it. It's not impossible. I'm gonna be successful and it's gonna happen. So before anyone says anything they should realize I'm not an 18 year old that wants to party and drink all the time , maybe sometimes but not always. & neither is my 20 year old husband. We have a future, we have plans and our baby is just gonna be apart of them.
Tired of judgmental people. I don't wanna put anyone on blast but there are people that have babies at 15 without a house a job a car or whatever and still do it just fine. Imagine someone that has what she needs. I'm gonna be a damn good mom & my husband is gonna be a damn good father. I can't wait to give our baby everything and anything he/she needs.

oh my god yes ! someone finally said it . don't worry girl, I get the same thing . I'm 18 too, when I got pregnant all I heard was that I was too young blah blah blah. but I had a car, I had a diploma, I had a job. when my 14 year old cousin got his girlfriend pregnant all they got were congratulations. no one shamed them like they did me. I was so mad. some people just judge for no reason.

Yep exactly. I've worked my ass off to get where I'm at and be able to afford nice things. It wasn't easy. But I mean it can be done and I'm an example. But you go girl, keep your head up and if you need anything or wanna talk I'm here! I'm in the same boat as you :) @aidensmommy

people will always have some judgment for you in life no matter how young or old fat or thin etc. the key is to be good with you.... oh the other side of the coin it's important to be ambitious and it sounds like you're doing great however there is a lot to be said about the wisdom you gain as you get older... at 18 you measure your ability materialistically what you have accomplished this far and your goals... I promise as you go through life you will shift your perspective a bit too include feeling successful from circumstances beyond material
