I have a group meeting I go to every Thursday, they always put me in a better mood, wish it were every other day @1sttimemummy
I'm in the same boat. I do that exact same thing. I found sitting in the shower got me in a good enough mood to try new things. I also have to be in a good mood at my work and that helps too
i can't sleep well...I find myself just staring off into space for hours, I can't bring myself to do anything @1sttimemummy
Have you tried other things? Massage, meditation, workout, bath, etc.@annabear, I'm going to have to try those! Before bed is when it's the wrost.
Guided meditations on YouTube when your going to sleep. Pick ones for depression/love/success. They really helped me.
How long if you don't mind me asking? You might just need to give it some time :/ I'm still fighting with it but, I know I need to give it time to work.
Yeah I feel the same haha I go to individual therapy every Monday but, sometimes wish it were more frequent :/
