Hey mommies I got my braces thighten up and I'm just starving! My teeth just hurt so bad , do any of you have any delicious smoothie recipes or any soft food ideas.? 😩💔



**also, I use frozen peach slices because I like my smoothies cold
two peaches, a cup of rolled oats (not instant), a half cup apple juice, half cup milk, 3/4 banana. blend and enjoy! so yummy and filling
also, if you want to add some protein, try adding plain Greek yogurt.
