I'm having really problems with my matb1 form hr are saying that payrol won't pay me maternity unless my midwife puts her nmc expiry date and the form is stamped by health authority but midwife says she put her nmc number so she doesn't have to date or stamp it. Just wondering if your midwives dated and stamped your matb1 forms???

Mm sounds like the midwife is wrong I might ask my gp fed up of her messing me around midwife should know what she's talking about not give wrong info 😡😡😡

if they are messing about phone your GP and they will write one out for you. I got mine from the GP x

Midwife signed mine and surgery stamped it, I don't know why hr need her nmc number, it sounds like they're be a bit pedantic x
