Hi mommas, I have a TMI question πŸ˜”:

I noticed more chafing pain between my legs than usual... it's been warm, and I only have the same pairs of maternity pants + a maxi skirt that fit me at all, so my thighs constantly rub. Well, I'm still working for 2 more weeks and with my business casual dress code I have to wear pants, which are leggings, and so I still wear thongs.
I've discontinued this immediately and am panicked because I noticed some raised little sores on the skin between my vagina and anus where the thong usually is deepest. they feel like little skin tags or pinples, raised enough so you can grab them... has anyone else ever had this happen and should I put anything on it? I can't find much online about it and I know 100% it's not an std or any kind of sore like that since I have been tested and so has he, I'm scared and disgusted and I think he is too...! I see my OB next week for strep B test and don't know what I can do in the meantime. thanks in advance!!! 😳😳

I just had the same problem (tmi but I felt like I was sweating there constantly) it ended up being a yeast infection just out of no where.

I chaff a lot while wearing shorts and dresses. Putting deodorant between your legs helps a lot. if it gets on your clothes, just wipe it with a baby wipe. that takes off deodorant off clothes. I have little bumps as well from the bumps. I'm not sure what to put on them tho.

Yeah a warm wash cloth for like 10 min would do some good, and don't sleep with underwear. That happens to me with thongs regardless and that shit sucks...

@mommyof3andahalf, I definitely think it could be related! I just stopped shaving last week cause of irritation but it wasn't in the same place, I'm thinking it could be a combo though of the rubbing from my thongs... If I was allowed to wear jeans to work I could wear normal underwear! it sucks being in a business environment and not wanting to dish out money on more maternity dresses that I can't wear in 4 weeks... thanks so much for reminding me, I hope it's just ingrowns! @babymay2016 thank you!! I've been nervous to put moisture cause of bacteria, but again I can't find anything online about it. I'm sleeping commando tonight and hoping some air will help :/

I don't think there is much you can do really, except maybe a warm wash cloth will help... they just go away in their own πŸ˜•
