Does salt really have to do w/ the swelling ?!? ☹ (please say "no") lol

I basically live off Roman noodles and i dont swell😂 so I'd say no but I'm sure it contributes to something

@hermommy, lol I'm swollen and sometimes my hands n feet swell real bad... My mom says it's the extra salt I put on my extra salty food lol 😂

Yes it makes your cholesterol higher which can cause swelling

yes it does play a part in the swelling because as in soda has lots of sodium aka salt so salt does make you swell

If I have something little more salty I drink more water. Makes me have to pee more but helps
