Super scared for my next appointment. I feel as if I am always hungry and eating, so I know the weight will go up. It's just hard when "morbidly obese" is already in your chart and the number on the scale makes me want to cry and puke. ugh.
I know it's hard to tell someone who's pregnant to eat a certain way. but in the end we need to be healthy for our little ones. and also so we won't get depressed when the weight isn't coming off easily after they are born. try eating your heavier meals or not healthy snacks earlier in the day when you digest your food faster. no one says you can't eat "bad food" just do it moderately. and fill your self up with healthier foods and snacks. try getting a walk in your day. You'll begin to feel better physically and emtionally..
im the same way. i eat so much im like... im going to weight so much... then i loose a pound... its confusing
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I am being healthy for my baby girl. I eat fairly healthy and always try each day to get the correct amount of water. My job is physically demanding so I get my physical activity through that. But that doesn't change the fact that I can't continue my diet or be on the meds I need, or the fact that I have to gain weight instead of lose it. If you looked at me, most people would not think"morbidly obese." Sure I could stand to lose weight, but my doctor said that the weight I am at is fine and there have been a lot of women heavier than me that achieved successful pregnancies.
