Hair falling out! Has anyone taken biotin for their hair? My hair dresser recommended it but I haven’t picked it up yet. My hair is falling out like crazy. And anyone who’s seen pics of me know I don’t have a lot of hair to spare. Anyone try it or is there anything else I can try?
Does anyone suffer from hair loss while being pregnant. I think I'm losing my hair in the back 😩
Anyone here in their 40s?? All of a sudden the past month or less I've been losing tons of hair and have no clue why, I don't have any vitamin deficiencies, I'm on everything I need to be on. Every time I go wash my hair every other day and brush it out there's like a chunk of hair that comes out like it used to when I had postpartum with my kids. I'm freaking out now I'm thinking I'm just going to have to go to the doctor and figure out what's going on, but it's starting to scare me it's like getting super thin. Not losing hair anywhere else though which is weird it's just the top of my head. I did switch shampoo a month ago cuz they stopped selling the one I was buying and I can't find anything really good anymore but I doubt that's what would make that happen. Also it's all natural shampoo, no chemicals. That big chunk of hair in the picture is from washing my hair every 2 days plus I have hair falling out everywhere all over my house, it's getting tangled in my feet and everything.
I guess sharing my personal info on here means having it used against me in a personal disagreement yes I was raped and no you have no right to use my daughter against me as a personal jab

I take the gel purple pills . but they do have gummies as well
