i did the panorama blood test for down syndrome which also detects the sex 99.99% accurate through DNA........5 business days later i got the results however i still have to wait 3 weeks for my gender reveal party!

@miicat, I know it depends on your age. My midwife had me take the test for Down syndrome but because I'm only 20 she said gender blood testing was unnecessary because insurance doesn't cover it. My mom's co-worker got the blood test done and found out the gender, but she was also like 40 so it all depends on your age

yes do ask i had no clue i just agreed to it to make sure my baby was okay and my midwife told me about the gender as well

I really need to ask if they can see my baby's gender from the blood tests I got too!

@feemarie802, Well where I live we don't have insurance nor does the healthcare system work the same, I'm 18 soon 19, but I guess I'll only know by asking! If I have to wait til 18-20 weeks it's still fine I think ☺
