same, it was like a constant pain in my back that would not ease up at all 😩 I'm 80% effaced & 4cm dilated. What about you?

Omg. @mrssanderson I feel your pain... Literally. Lmao. I felt every single contraction in my back it was the WORST. How are you doing with dilating/effacing?
