Can having your cervix checked cause contractions? Since I got home from the Drs I've been contracting every 5 minutes and it seems to be getting closer together 😩

@finallypink429, a cervix check can irritate your cervix which then makes it contract.
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

Ladies BH do not cause pain! They are practice contractions ! If you are having pain while contracting they are true contractions and yes you can have spontaneous contractions that go away with rest and hydration but if they last longer than a half an hour it's always best to go get checked out !

Called my dr and he's sending me to L&D. Which I guess is good bc I'm feeling pressure and low back pain now 😩
