so I'm 32 weeks and I was wondering when people usually start lactating ? also this maybe tmi but I was trying To take a number 2 on the toiolet earlier and it hurt my vagina when I was trying To poo I'm not sure if I should be worried or if I'm fine it don't

Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
I lost my baby boy 4 days ago... I'm really hurt and trying to find some light just because he wasn't full term I am getting people saying a lot of hurtful things and I'm feeling super low.. Any ideas of how to handle my self?

this maybe TMI but does it hurt any one else when you try to have sex with your husband or bf? I tired with mine and it hurt so bad I almost cried.
I don't smoke weed. So I guess I will never understand. But I'm not sure why people smoke weed when they're pregnant!

generally people can start producing colostrum anytime, but near the end of pregnancy is more common, and as for milk, the average is 3-5 days after birth although preterm babies are different

I'm 36 weeks and haven't start lactating milk of colostrum but I'm not worried til after birth
