my ankles have disappeared. I know swelling is normal but has anyone else experienced pain from the swelling?

Yes swelling could be very very painful because your skin is being stretched so tightly! Make sure your watching your salt intake, sometimes swelling is due to you not getting enough to salt! Just salt to taste, nothing overbaord. Docs have ways to test that!

put cabbage leaves on it. The enzymes in it helps, just like drying up breast milk.
