thank you!! im been pumping for an hr and i do still have milk ! but still plan on buying that stuff to help! its coming out slow and i tried to get my baby to latch on but hes just not having it :\ i think hes just used to the milk coming outta the bottle fast.

if you are dry, use the supplements. also look in your local health store for fenugreek. its a pill that helps with supply. the most common ingredient found in the lactation teas

you can relactate especialy if you aren't completely dry. Start with pumping every 1 to 2 hrs and try teas like milkmaid. Also try some lactation cookies. You can make your own or buy them at babies r us

I was planning on only breastfeeding but a dr recommended I give a little formula to help gain weight at first, which I know know was the biggest mistake because I never was able to go back to only breastfeeding so I did both
