Good morning everyone I need help! I had my babies 4 days ago and since then I have been having problems breastfeeding basically nothing would come out. Now my breast are engorged with milk and nothing is coming out. I don't know what to do. It's hard and very painful. I have tried messaging my breast with my hand and with warm water but nothing is coming out.

you should talk to a lactation consultant.
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....
I find it pretty hilarious how people who have shown their true colors on social media snake away, delete the posts that outed them and come back on social media like nothing happened. Why do that, you outed yourself, so stay out. We still see you boo boo...
20 days to my due date and yesterday I was 1 cm dilated. I’m so ready to be a mama to my baby. But she’s so not wanting to come out. Anyone have tips, to get my baby out?
i hope i have my baby this week...or in a couple of years...if he wants to come out...it's whatever he wants 😓
Is it possible to run out of milk??? I have barely any breast milk coming out and my baby is getting frustrated luckily I have some in the freezer😣

Try a washcloth with warm water, then massage, then pump
