how long do most mom's breast feed for? I want to breast feed until he's around 5 months...opinions? I want him to be healthy enough and do it long enough so he begins to develop a good immune system and doesn't have as likely of a chance to get sick.
Breast feeding is a full time job I really want to give up already 😢
I want to breast feed but I don't want it to affect the way they look in the long run.
OK moms that breast-feed I have six weeks Old baby and I want to know how long do you usually breast-feed when doing ur feedings?? I have always pumped so I know exactly how much she drinks now that I'm breastfeeding it's killing me not knowing if she's getting enough!!
Breast Feeding With Piercings... I have my nipples pierced. But I want to know if I can still breast feed with them in. I know I have to take them out while breast feeding. But if I can't, I'll try to do pumping for him. But if all fails, I'll be having to give him formula. I don't want to give him formula, but if I have to, I will.
how long after your babys born do your breast go back to normal size if your not breast feeding?

My son is 7 weeks. I plan to breastfeed till 9-12 Mos. I don't want to have to deal with the upset tummy from introducing formula on top of solid foods.

I think the ultimate goal is 1 year bc they need our milk (or formula) for at least a year bc regular food won't give them the nutrition they need until then. If you go one year you'll never have to spend money on formula. That's the way I see it lol.

@xoamac, don't they start transitioning to baby food at 6 months?

Yes but it won't give them the full nutrition for some reason. That's what my pediatrician was telling me @taylornelson you can give them regular food but they will still need milk in their diet.
