Being a healthy 23 year old miscarriage was the last thing I thought I would ever experience! On Wednesday I went in to my OBGYN after using the restroom & seeing light bleeding. We did a vaginal U/S & saw a heart beat of 110/? (Can't remember) I was so excited! She said that I was 6.5 weeks pregnant & to monitor the bleeding amount for now. On Friday I woke up with extreme cramps worse then any period I have ever had I went to the bathroom & the bleeding was much heavier! I went in for another vaginal U/S.The vaginal U/S showed the baby still at 6.5 week size but the heart beat dropped to 90! My OBGYN then said we are in a waiting phase baby has a heart beat but the heavy bleeding is for high concern. Basically to hope for the best & nothing I could do to prevent my body from doing what it was gonna do. A 45 min drive home I bleed threw my pants rushed in my house & was like a water faucet turned on blood was pouring out of me I then passed a large bloody clot which was the size of a thumb then 5 minutes later I saw the sac which the embryo was in. It's just really crazy to me that within 45 minutes I saw a heart beat & then lost my baby. Is there anyone else that can relate to my story seeing a heartbeat & then within a hour going into miscarriage?
