@beckaelyse, no specific color of Gatorade helps. it's the electrolytes in gatorade/powerade and smart water that helps you stay hydrated and being hydrated makes you produce more.

@crunchymomma, awesome. I don't like those sports drinks.

@beckaelyse, then try smart water. it's got electrolytes to without all the sugar and whatnot sports drinks have. it's a life save for me on days when I just forget to drink water.
