to my ladies that pump...how often do you pump to keep your supply up? do you still breastfeed while pumping? i don't wanna dry up and i need tips

@cammommy504, I pump every 3-4 hours day and night religiously. And I'm exclusively breastfeeding also. I have 1500+ ozs stored and donated 100 oz to NICU. This freezer is almost full with only breast milk from January through March. April stash is in refrigerator freezer which is almost full also. It takes time, dedication and patience. Once I return to work my son should be ok.

Yeah.. I'm starting to pump 2-3 oz. on one breast but 1 oz on the other. There's usually always one boob that has more or less then the other. And my supply is still good when I feed her

I was pumping only once a day at night so I could have a bottle of my milk for one her night feedings but I'm pumping twice a night now .. It's time consuming pumping through out the day lol
