With BCBS I don't think so she just asked if I was pregnant and I told her I was 38 weeks then she started the process to order it. But other insurance companies do have different rules/regulations like with tricare you have to get a prescription from your doctor in order to get a breast pump through their insurance.

Call your insurance and speak to customer service they should point you in the right direction. I have blue cross blue shield and googled breast pump coverage and called the number listed and got it ordered! @wannaboyplz

I hope mine only takes a week the woman on the phone told me 14 days 😭 I'm not complaining though since it's free lol

I got mine at the beginning of April. it took a week to come in after I ordered it
