I think I have an UTI !! Everytime i go pee it hurts/burns and i feel like im never finish & have to use the restroom like 2min after but nothing comes out !!! Can An UTI cause me to have a lot of pain/pressure in my vagina and back pain ?

yea call because you don't know how severe it is and I agree with @waylonsmommy252 kidney infection is definitely not what u need
I would call because of back pain it could have gone septic! Back pain is a sign of kidney infection which is worse than a normal uti and that could cause infection in the blood I would call!

shoul i juat wait till tomorrow or should i call my ob and let her know !! its really bothering me and causing me alot of back pain

That's what it is lol. Tell your doctor they'll prescribe you something. Because a uti can throw you into preterm labor
I had similar symptoms and turns out I had a uti and bv so I'd get it checked out :)
UTI's are most common in pregnancy I've had 2 this pregnancy and currently have one now.. They gave me a pill finally to take the rest of my pregnancy to prevent them from coming back.. I know how uncomfortable they are so I hope you feel better! Try drinking a lot of water! It helps! Because it makes you pee and wash out the bacteria in your bladder
