My milk supply has gone really poor and I feel awful and my little girls only two weeks old😩 what formula milk would you advise? I currently have some Aptamil breast milk substitute? I was wondering if I should give the same oz in formula as I would breast milk?

I get more when I drink loads literally like a fish, and breastfeeding lady advised to eat coconut so been eating loads of bounty lol and she also said high fat milk and orange juice every day, I see a difference

I've tried everything... My boobs don't seem full anymore, they don't leak etc. I express atm and it's gone from 6/7 oz at a time to 1/2 x @winterbaby95
Try fenugreek hun :) drink plenty of water and eat some extra food :) What makes you think your supply has gone down?
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
Is soy formula milk better than enfamil formula (cows milk)?

When I mix breast milk and formula do you still add water into it?
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....
so i had my wic appointment at the begining of the month...i have been breast feeding/formula feeding. they gave me a little bit of formula but my milk has gone away...so my question is.....would be messed up to call and see if i could get more formula or should i wait 3 months til my next appointment? what would you mommas do?
