Yea I'm making a note off of this and I will be purchasing soon so I'll have it @momwife1316 again thank you. This is so much help . I probably would of never know and it would of been harder
you put the tucks pads on top of the reg pad and then spray the spray whenever you need it. the tucks are super thin so it wont make the padding bigger. also get a peri bottle for when you have to pee. you need water to be directly on your vag when you go or it could sting a lot. basically to dilute your pee
@cjd, the spray and pads you might find at walmart or any major store that has over the counter meds. if not, they have them online. the drs may give you some when you give birth. but you'll probably need more. its soothing and helps with the burning sensation. both were life savers for me! I healed rather quickly and didn't bleed very long at all but I'm still getting that shit again lol the nurses even made me a make-shift pad made from a diaper & ice. it was amazing. if you cant find those tucks pads you can always get a bottle of witch hazel, the main ingredient in the pads. the spray is a small blue spray can. google them! :)
I packed my own, but they gave me some and they worked really good for me! They are super long and absorbent and you really need that. I was bleeding a lot even a day after labor, but you're so sore you won't even care what kind of pads you use. & really ask for the spray of they don't already give it to you it helps heal it. I also used witch hazel and that heals it up aswell and makes you feel clean. I felt gross at least a week after! 😩
I hate pads too! I can't stand the feeling of them, or the feeling of anything dripping... I especially hate the ones from the hospital. They are like big scratchy uncomfortable diapers! I will be using tampons as soon as I am cleared to do so!
I had no idea that it even lasted that long. I knew that you had a 6 week healing process but I thought that the bleeding lasted for like a week maybe. @mrsmord
@candacelouise I'm glad!! . @cjd supposed to last 6 weeks but it gets super light , so tampons may be an option closers to thst time , once your doctor says u healed well. I healed really fast with both kids so like by 4 or 5 weeks I got the ok
Yea they are just so 😷😷😷 to me. I can never bring my self to use them for periods. It's so bad that I can hardly tolerate panty liners. I just hate the feeling of anything but tampons @newmommy1990
@cjd, literally was just thinking the same thing. Except I had to use them for like 3 days after my endometriosis surgery. They are the worst! Ugh feel so nasty
