I think heating pad is okay if it's not too hot. Kinda like a bath is okay, but not hot tub. But that's not a medical fact, just what I think.

if you use it on your belly the babies temp can go up cause the core of your body gets warmer quicker than the outside. last night my Dr told me to stay away from heating pads all together
