Someone on a Facebook selling group wants to sell her breastmilk but it's illegal to sell in California. I don't see the problem in donating your extra supply to a baby in need.
ya, that makes me uncomfortable also 😣 I've read that diseases like hepatitis & hiv can be transmitted through breast milk as well... whether the risk is high or not, I just don't think it's worth it at all
@mrssanderson, I've also seen someone asking for to borrow someone's boob for milk because they didn't have any more milk in them and didn't want the baby to have a bottle. Just thinking about that makes me feel weirded out.
@aidensmommy, exactly! To think of my child ingesting someone's body fluids makes me feel ill 😖
@mrssanderson, yes same here ! My boyfriend is against the sharing too because who knows what they do.
I would be way too scared to ever give my baby someone else's breast milk 😳 it's not worth the risk of disease in my opinion
Just seen a chick on offer up selling 12 mo old baby clothes, bottles and (gasp) baby milk! 5 cans for 10 bucks each. They damn near 30 in the store !!!!! Now is a bad mom? Idnt think so 😝😝😎
Until u know what another parent is going through, dont judge.cause if they didn't need the money, they wouldn't sell the food. U just never know another person situation.
I broke down at my moms house today ... because of the debt we owe and Passover is coming and it’s a very expensive holiday ... it was just way too much .... my mom i guess told my brother that I’m suffering and he called me over and asked me why i didn’t just ask for help, and offered to help when i need it . And gave me basically 4K to help for the month and if i need more to ask ... now one thing about me , is that i will suffer silently and won’t ask for help.... I’ve always been that way. ...
I can't believe it
My cousin stayed with me rent free from September 2015 to April 2016 and her stuff is still in my apartment. She's been saying she was going to come get her stuff for months. She text me this morning saying that she was going to come and get her stuff soon, and I asked her if I could have her air mattress. She tried to charge me $60 for it. The air mattress sells new for $35 on amazon and she didn't even pay $60 for it. I didn't respond and she just text me saying the $60 was...

Has anyone done it? I figure at least one of you ladies has. I'm curious how much you actually make off a pair.
if it was a random person, id say hell no, because you never know what they are putting into their body or if they have any weird medical problems that would pass thru breast milk. but if it was a relative or someone I knew closely, then ya I dont see a problem either. thats called "wet nursing". some women cant breast feed but still want to use the resources they have to give their babies breast milk instead of formula..
