Serious question I'm 29+2 wks, and I go to the gym at least 2 times a week, so tonight I went and walked 2 miles, less than usual, well now my back hurts, I have so much pressure in my lower belly and my vag, but also have pressure in my butt, is this normal?

@emma1629, yeah I would try and walk less! I know you're trying to stay healthy.. But I def am walking less after that. One it hurt like heck, and two I figured it was a way of my body saying to take it easy. So maybe try just doing 1 mile. Now that I've walked less I haven't felt it.

@candacelouise, thanks hun. I walked over 3 miles the other day and it wasn't like that. just quite sore so I just wanted to be sure.

@emma1629, yes! I got that the other night when I walked my 3-4 miles. It was like that all night and some in the am and then went away. Baby could have dropped too.
