Quit trying @hannah56 just have fun I mean there are methods out there and my husband and I tried for 6 months then had a miscarriage then gave up for a year and now I'm welcoming my new one in November just don't watch every single little thing cause you will drive yourself mad and stress yourself out

preseed is a lubricant that helps sperm swim more easily to the cervix. it's for women ttc. I just bought it gonna try using it the next cycle. if you look on the preseed website it shows people saying it took them only a few months to concieve using it. ☺

You can look into vitex and/or black cohosh. They're herbs that promote fertility. I've been using them for a couple cycles (this is my second one) and hoping this our month.
