im trying to stay calm i never had a call like this one with son. they called me telling me it was from my insurance saying they needed to ask some question about my health an than they wanted to know what hospital i would be delivering i told them i has to hang up bc of a cop. is it normal? i think i had seen video on face about that happening an its not right?

it felt off i started panicking bc she asked question of std twice n even about thryroid and previous pregnancies as soon as hospital question was answered i was like no no.... so scary

My insurance has called me and talked to me. I have Humana they have someone who talks to you through your whole pregnancy like once a month. Checks in sees if you have any questions verifys some thing to see if you get extra benefits or getting you a breast pump. So if you feel it's fishy call the number on your insurance card.
your insurance should already have all info from your doc. they can pull it up in system. i had a call 3 weeks ago simuliar.
