I read the bottle for it and it suggests not to if pregnant or breast feeding
I've seen a lot of things that say not to because it's an herbal substance. If you can, take benedryll or tylonel pm.
I used to take it a lot but when I started trying to get pregnant I completely stopped, but that doesn't mean it hurts the baby.. I mean I've looked it up and there's a lot of things you're not really supposed to take but as long as it's not a big dosage and it helps you sleep it's probably safe, but I'd ask your doctor.. Just keep in mind melatonin is a hormone and your hormones are already crazy being pregnant!
If you want you can also try Tylenol pm
just take a low dosage. About 3 mg I think they have that available. Its a herb your body naturally produces it ladies. Even some nannies give it to children to help them sleep.
I don't have Benadryl ATM, ugh I've been fighting sleep since 11
Not sure. Benedryll is safe. It's considered a category B drug in pregnancy
I don't suggest it, it's better to take benedryll if you HAVE to have something to sleep.
Nope you can take Benedryl though
