If you're a first timer to nursing, a nipple shield is great to have in case you're having some trouble at first. Mine was a lifesaver for the first month of breastfeeding. Get the Medela brand, it might also be labeled contact shield

Swaddles, mittens, onesies, poppy pillow, breast pads, and nipple cream

boppy pillow. I got one for my nephew and his mom tells me it was one of the best gifts she got at her baby shower

If u are bf I'd say lots of breast pads and milk storage bags. Socks cause you'll lose them like crazy and bibs
