Help! Tylenol isn't helping for very long.. he isn't coughing and doesn't have a runny nose or anything he's just super fussy :(
yeah i would assume it is his ears. i just had a bad experience with my son when he has the flu at 4 months & the doctor took forever to contact me back i ended up just taking him to the er which is were they told me what he had. if he isn't showing any severe changes in character wait til the dr appointment but monitor his wet diapers & when & for how long he is eating. sometimes when babies don't feel good they stop eating which could lead to dehydration. but you are his mama & you know better than all of us what he needs. he'll be fine! positive thoughts sent your way!
Ok. Don't freak out. Just take him in when you can and see what is causing the fever. Is he messing with his ears?
@whitney, okay, thank you! I'm going to take him in.
let me rephrase that, he hasn't had shots lately. he is up to date on them though.
I would take him to the ER. Not the same situation but when we found out our son had Meningitis at 2 months it was because he had a fever. They told me that a fever that age is always serious.
he will be fine, I'm a nurse for pediatrician. it's probably ears but could be viral. don't worry just make sure he has good input output and he'll be ok. be careful not to give any motrin until he is 6 months old. Tylenol every 4 to 6 hours only if his fever is returning.
he hasn't had shots and he IS drooling alot but he's so young !
taking him in the morning, but they can't see him until then.. I'm freaking out :( he's finally taking a nap, but I have no idea what's causing the problem. @angxo @daylasalas @junesmommy15 @verobaby @whitney @threekings101415
call his doctor. 101.8 is pretty high for him being so young. well its high for anybody's age really
If he is only months you need to bring him in asap. Having a fever that young is serious.
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
