@andiryan93, and that's why I always say get a second opinion. my first appointment which I got at about 13weeks, I told my ob that and I will stick to it, I won't be induced just because the doctor said. but they Want to keep an eye on my blood pressure and make sure I don't have/get preeclampsia and if I do in the end then I will have to be induced which I'm trying to avoid as much as possible
now I don't agree with getting induced before ya due date no that's just dumb to me I'm due tomorrow and no way I'd wanna be induced earlier unless I needed to be health wise some people are just anxious but harming baby is not part of the plan
I wouldn't choose a c section. I'm really scared! but I know I have no other choice. as for wanting to be induced at 33 weeks, that's so selfish. I'm 33 weeks and want my babies to keep baking. the nicu is not where you want your children to end up. they will deliver me.just before 37 weeks as long as everything continues well and I feel guilty wanting them to come at 36 weeks. because carrying two is basically like being in the nursing home at this.point lol
@navywifej, tf? I think I know what you are talking about and if its the same post from today its not that she wants it done at 33weeks. she's 33weeks and wants to know if she can plan it after 38weeks or something but pick the day now.
@junesmommy15, I feel its one thing for the doctor to mention it first and its another when some women ask to do it way before their due dates and won't give their body the chance to do it. @mom2twincesses well your situation is different than mothers pregnant with a single baby. that's kind of what you have to do since there are twins and they can be tricky with their positions, and you clearly have a medical reason.
yeah I just wanna deliver don't care how it happens at this point wanna see my little man lol @kelseys but I understand the post
@supermommy31082, I know not all inductions consists of csection.... there are women who do deliver vaginally.
Yeah I figured that's what you meant. I didn't want to be induced but the day they told me they were going to induce me I was ready
I won't be induced. I'm a scheduled c section though because I have pre-eclampsia with identical twins and one of my babies is breech. why is there a cesarean awareness month? c section is what is healthiest for my babies so I don't feel like it's something bad that needs awareness raised for it
well this is my 3rd child and at this rate I'm ready for him to move out lol but not all inductions consist of C-sections
@junesmommy15, that's kind of what I did mean tho. its more towards this who do it before their due date or just because they want to, which I'm against it unless its medically needed or over due.

@andiryan93, same here. I told my OB, I will only be induced if I medically have to or if they will let me go to 41/42weeks, whatever their guidelines are for being overdue, but I won't before my due date or on the day of my due date.
@sarahemccormick Yeah I know. I was mostly talking about what you said underneath @kelseys . Only cause you was saying it like everyone wants to be induced so look forward to this.
@junesmommy15, she was only sharing the info that it increases csection risks, not that if you get induced you WILL have to have a csection ☺
I was induced and they just gave me pitocin to speed my contractions cause I was 8 days late I went into labor but my water never broke and y contractions stopped but all my kids were vaginal
@junesmommy15, no, not everyone, it says it increases(more chance) of having a csection.
Wait what? Everyone who gets induced don't have to have a cesarean delivery. I was induced at 40+3 and delivered vaginally.
for health is different but, to rush it heck no let the baby cooook lol
