is it just me ... but after i gave birth i completely lost my appetite . Im not really hungry as much & just drink a lot of water & liquids

After my first son, I literally forgot to eat for two days and wasn't even hungry.

If you're planning on breastfeeding you must eat or it'll be harder to produce milk. The same thing happened to me & it took forever for my milk to let down bc I had no food in my system.

It's bc all ur insides r getting back to normal

thats how i feel .. and plus when i drink things i taste the meds from the iv in my mouth .. the doctor said thats normal .. @harris.ashley92
