Trust me, it will. They delay you. I'll be ready to walk out the door and my son shits, so I got to change his diaper. Or about to leave and he starts screaming because he's hungry so I have to make him something to eat. Or when I'm getting ready to leave soon, he's ready for a nap so I have to let him sleep...

If you are a perfectionist and hate being late, careful planning and getting ready early can and will work so you can still be on time! I'm never late for appointments or other things like today, we had to be at our friend's house by 8:15am to babysit their lil guy and we woke up at 7am, got our 7 month old up and fed and changed and got here 15 mins early, we live 12 miles away. So yes, you can be punctual EVEN WITH kids, not everyone is late just because they have kids. I'm mot bashing those who are late often because they have their own struggles, but I've never let having my daughter be an excuse for being late!

i agree with you, im an early bird so ill be ready an hour before to get there on time...i guess we are all different @hellosweetie
