With my first daughter my hair was everything lol. With this one my hair fell out so bad and was always so dry. I had to go to the salon once a week for two months straight , change my hair products and drink way more water, now my hair is good again.

I asked last dr appointment if I could take biotin ..was told nothing to show it is or isnt bad for baby. And dr said to take extra folic acid. But ask your dr maybe @kitty.bella

my hair grew so much with my son, and it's growing a lot now with my girl too, I cut it back in October.

@kitty.bella, I thought it was the opposite girls "steal your beauty" but I'm sure it all depends on hormones!
