advice please..

for 16 years iv used cow and gate. when I had my 3 year old son he was a very cryey baby so health visitor told me to put him on cow and gate comfort and worked a treat love the stuff.

my question is when I have my daughter in July can i feed her cow and gate comfort straight away or not unless needed?
