I had a dream that I'm having a girl....but it's supposed to be a boy....could my baby be a girl?

You never know it could be. My daughter was supposed to be a boy, I didn't find out shes a girl until about 7 months. lol. I wouldn't say it is based on just a dream, does the ultrasound look like a boy or girl to you?

not to scare you but yes it's possible. a coworkers 1 yr old boy was "suppose " to be a girl.

no lol. I had a dream 3 days before that my daughter was a boy and freaked out. she is indeed a girl
