my baby has a diaper rash & I've tried Destin & vaseline, neither have shown any improvement, any ideas

Ik this is personal but do you have a yeast infection too? You don't have to answer if you don't want to but if yes more than likely it is thrush. You need to go to the Dr for antibiotics. Take some probiotics with it. You can also eat plain yogurt.

let baby be naked on a towel for a little bit so the air can hit it moisture in the diaper makes it harder to heal
