Any tips for feeding multiples?

Are they both latching? Tandem feeding isn't easy so we don't do it often. The girls usually are about 15-30 minutes apart in feeding schedules so I usually have time to nurse one before the other. They each have their own side. As far as milk production, my supply really picked up once they both started nursing. Before they both started latching and nursing, I pumped every 2-3 hours. How old are yours? I guess I would say patience. Remember that the 3 of you are learning together. They've never done it before and neither have you. Try to stay relaxed and get as much skin to skin time as possible.
