HELP!! I'm so confused. my period is three days late now. took a pregnancy test this morning and came back negative. I'm never late. no sudden weight gain or loss to mess with it, no stress (actually most unstressed I've ever been in years), no thyroid problems. I have no problems like pcos or endometriosis.. We've been TTC for a year now, having issues because he has a low count. any other ideas as to why my period is so late??

I tried for three years, so I know what you mean.! It happened for me when I stopped trying and relaxed. I was so focused on only having a baby, but honestly I thought something was up for me. Right when I started not focusing so much on ovulation and such, I got pregnant.! So just keep a positive mind. =)
It could take a little longer to get your levels up enough to get a positive. I'd wait a few more days, then test again. Good luck.!

if your too impatient try getting a blood test.

Stress often causes a late period. As well as weight loss or gain. You could also just be too early to show up on the test. Test again in a few days of you still haven't started

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

I understand how you feel, really. I have been TTC for 11mo, and I am currently 17 days late, and still haven't got a positive. Some women take longer to build up enough hcg to get a positive.
