is it against pregnancy 101 law if I sleep on my right side or my back instead of my left side?

okay, thanks for the info.
U can sleep on your right side but I heard not suppose to sleep on your back while pregnant. I was so use to sleeping on my back before I got pregnant and had to get use to sleeping on my side which wasn't always comfortable
right my side hurts when I lay on it and I gotta prop pillows and all not fun
I love sleeping on my belly and for almost 8 months, I haven't been able to. it's killing me. and laying on my left side is the devil.
try not to sleep on your back it cuts off oxygen to baby

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Sleeping position when pregnant
I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x
ok so i have a question how possible is it for me to be pregnant with twins they run on my husbands side on both sides and mine on my moms side?
So my dog will not leave my side at all, she follows me everywhere. Could she be sensing pregnancy?
