How do you warm your breast milk? I place warm water in a cup and let it sit for a few minutes. Any other suggestions? Microwaving it kills the nutrients.

i have a bottle warmer but when I'm somewhere else i either boil water & place the bottle in the water or microwave just the water & again put the bottle in the hot water when it's out.
