getting sharp pains in my belly and belly is hard as a rock

BH contractions? that's what I've been going through. it's completely normal

it dont feel like BH but its the early stage im about to be 39 weeks

but your also 38 weeks. so they may get stronger. and end up being real contractions. I had my son at 41 weeks. I had extreme BH for a few days. turned to real contractions.

I had contractions for a few weeks. Thought I was going into labor a few times and it seemed like every time I went they slowed or stopped. Try a ton of water and a warm bath. If you're dehydrated you will have contractions and a warm bath can slow and even stop contractions. If none of that works then I would go to L&D to be safe. :)

i been drinking water like crazy lately lol and not doing hot baths due to risks
